Order & Shipping Policy

Shipping times: 1–2 weeks.


Wrong Address

We can update your address if your order hasn’t received a tracking number. Email itsbyrese@gmail.com using the same email from your order. Include your order number, name, and new address.


Wrong Size/Color

If the site is still open, reorder the correct item and email itsbyrese@gmail.com with both order numbers. The incorrect order will be canceled and refunded. If the site is closed, all sales are final.



No Order Confirmation

Check your spam/junk folder. If you entered your email incorrectly, you’ll still receive your order.


Tracking Says “Pre-Shipment”

It may still be en route or unscanned by the courier. Allow up to 5 business days for updates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once shipped, your package is the courier’s responsibility. Contact them directly for delays, lost, or stolen packages.


Exchanges/Returns

All sales are final unless the item is defective. Email itsbyrese@gmail.com with your order number, details, and photos of the flaw.


Wrong Item Received
